After purchasing Angie's great kettlebell workout, I decided to try this one and was not disappointed. As a former exercise coordinator and instructor trainer, Angie is the type of instructor I was always searching for - one who teaches a class for her students, not herself. She, obviously, cares enough to offer great motivation, imaginative compound movements, correct alignment and safe exercise cues with modifications for beginners/intermediates. FYI - the instructor that gives lots of information about what you are doing, is one who's hoping to teach you something about your body, in a safe and effective way. On the personal side, as an advanced exerciser, this workout kicked my derriere and I LOVED every minute of it! I used an 8-inch step, 5 and 10 lb. weights plus tubing and the sweat was flowing. If you have any doubts about this workout, check out Angie's arms, abs and back - she's cut! Can't wait for her next workout. Bring it on, Angie! :o)

I am so well pleased with this workout. It really does hit every spot on your body. I love how it smoothly transitions into each exercise as well. There is no standing around waiting. I also love that the moves are different than normal strength exercises. Keep em comin Angie!

Fabulous Workout!!
I absolutely loved this workout! I am in my 30's and consider myself a pretty advanced exerciser. I take classes at the gym, but was looking for a DVD that I could use at home to help with muscle tone and strength. I was so pleasantly surprised with all I got! Not only did I find Angie's workout a challenge for my muscles, but it had elements of balance and core training like few other exercise DVDs I have seen. My heart rate was elevated the whole time and the sweat was pouring - which I loved!! I would definitely recommend buying this one. You will not be disappointed. Angie's approach to fitness is unique and covers many areas in one fun and easy to follow workout. I can't wait to see another one from her!

Motivating!
I love this video. The pace, professional cuing, innovative moves and band integration come together for a great workout. Angie is very inspirational and keeps you motivated throughout the entire 70 minute video. I would highly recommend this addition to your workout library, and I hope that we will see more of Angie Miller in the near future.

Loved this workout!
I am 51 yrs old and was looking for the perfect strength training workout and this is the one I was looking for! I love Angie Miller, her cuing was perfect and she wasn't chatty. The other ladies were fit and in time with the instructor. The routine was easy to follow but a tough workout with modifiers for beginners and advanced. Will definitely be a part of my weekly workouts!!

Great Workout!
This workout is really good! From start to finish, it's a fast-paced, non-stop almost aerobic strength dvd consisting of mostly compound moves. All you need is a step, a pair of light dumbells (5lbs), and one heavy one (8lbs), and a resistance tube. The first half of the dvd uses the dumbells, and the 2nd half uses the tube. There's not a muscle group that she doesn't cover. She also doesn't give you any breaks and your heartrate stays up the whole workout (I burned 968 cals). She has a tough ab routine at the end too and then a nice stretch. I would definitely recommend this one.

I love your Strength & Core Fusion workout.
It is very innovative, interesting and yes hard work. I love that you include core work and balance which many workouts leave out. I also like how you incorporated functional fitness while also including traditional weight work. The use of the different equipment was such a delight, you didn't go overboard with any of the equipment. The best use of band work in a workout thus far. I do hope you will be making a sequel to this workout. Your cueing, personality and the way you motivate throughout the workout is exceptional. Thank you again for making such a wonderful home workout.

I got the Strength & Core Fusion a week ago, I've done it twice and I love it! I'm a 34-year old woman from Finland, and I've been doing mostly Firm DVDs. I felt it was time to try something new and after seeing the clip on collage.com I ordered your DVD. All I can say is I chose well! I also wanted to ask if there's more DVDs planned or on the way? I will definitely buy them! Best wishes.

I just had to tell you that I did your workout 2 days ago and I love it. I consider myself an intermediate exerciser and this was one tough fun workout. I had muscle imbalance issues for several years and finally have those somewhat under control. Any time I see CORE in the name of a workout I've been giving them a try! Your workout and cuing was awesome in this workout! I liked the compound moves, not too fast, not too slow, just right! Your cuing was perfect, I always knew what was coming next. I plan on doing this at least once a week. I hope you put out other workouts as well. And, BTW, I'm 53. Keep up the great work!!

I recently purchased Core & Strength Fusion. I love the workout. It's one of the best I've done. I was wondering if you plan to release any additional DVDs? I'm particularly interested in a step workout. I like the choreography is the warm -- simple yet with enough changes to make it interesting. No matter what you have planned. I know I'll continue to enjoy your current DVD for many years to come. Take care.

Excellent Workout!
I recently ordered four kettlebell videos...this is, by far, the BEST kettlebell workout of the lot. As a 24-year exercise instructor(kettlebell certified),I'm always seeking a more challenging workout for myself. Angie is very professional with excellent cueing and good form. This is a five star workout!

Nicely constructed, paced and executed.
i am not a hard line kettlebell purist. Loved this one. Nice follow up dvd. can we have more PLEASE! Recommend it.

I love your kettle bell workout!
I don't usually watch the tutorials, but I did watch yours because I have experienced wrist pain before, associated with the kettle bell workout. I am happy to say, "I had no pain after your workout"! It is nice to have a good workout that I can do at home, if I can't get to the gym.

You will work muscles that you never knew you had, you will be challenged to push your own limits and most of all, you will have fun doing so! Angie is quite energetic which will help motivate you to press on and really have a great workout. My favorite part of the class? The walking lunges...talk about using your legs and core power to get through that routine!

It is a tough cardio workout.
"I lacked strength and power in my workouts because I dreaded doing traditional strength training. My form was inconsistent and I would be afraid of injured muscles. Kettle bell training was different. It involved whole body movement which intrigued me and was super effective in developing muscles I rarely used during my cardio workouts. I was able to use heavier weights without bulking up and my range of motion improved. It is a tough cardio workout but Angie makes it very motivating and encouraging by switching things around. After two sessions, I was stronger in my other workouts. A three mile run used to drain me but I was able to run longer and still have energy left. This is one of the most effective overall body training exercises I have ever done. Kettle bell bootcamp is very effective for body toning, increasing strength, and cardio all in one package. I highly reccommend it."
