Not Afraid:
Of Moving… Has lived in Germany, Switzerland, Iowa, Illinois, Arkansas, Arizona, & Missouri at some point in her life, for different lengths of time. She claims it’s the reason she can’t find her way around any city without a GPS
Got her Start:
While teaching and working on her master’s degree, Angie began instructing group fitness classes in the evenings. There she found her heart and decided to make health & fitness her career. She gained body confidence that transferred into every area of her life, prompting her to build a community that empowered people to discover their potential through movement and exercise.
Her Most Difficult, Yet Rewarding Experience:
Being a caregiver to her mom through her struggle with dementia. After her loss, Angie began to see fitness through a different lens. Her goal is to champion the benefits of exercise for more than just building biceps - exercise has the power to keep our brain strong and our emotions healthy
