I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, & Registered Yoga Teacher. I am trained in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing.  Emotional Intelligence, and principles of Positive Psychology. Fixed vs. Growth Mindset, and the Power of Habits.

I work with clients 1:1 and create 12-week programs tailored to their business and personal needs.

I start by taking each client through a thorough assessment to determine their strengths, goals, and perceived obstacles.

By starting with your strengths, we create an empowered, growth mindset, and we build from there.

My coaching is unique and personal, because each client is unique and personal.

Clients are given assignments that foster greater clarity and insight, build self- awareness, and boost personal trust and self-belief.

Additionally, each week my clients are invited to attend a one-hour Yoga Strength Class where I also share a short meditation tips to build positive self-care habits. These are not pre-recorded, and are only offered during the time and date specified.
